Refund policy

We want you to love your CaboraGoods upgrade. If something isn't right, here's how returns and refunds work.

Return window

You can request a return within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resellable condition.

How to start a return

Email support@caboragoods.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We'll respond with return instructions. Please don't send items back before contacting us — unauthorized returns can't be processed.

Damaged, defective, or wrong items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or isn't what you ordered, email us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo and your order number. We'll send a free replacement or issue a full refund — no return shipping required on our error.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of approval. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Return shipping

For non-defective returns (change of mind, wrong choice), the customer covers return shipping. We recommend a tracked method — we can't refund items lost in return transit.

Non-returnable items

Gift cards and final-sale items marked as such cannot be returned.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven't received an approved refund after 10 business days, check with your bank or card provider first, then contact us at support@caboragoods.com and we'll help.
