Order processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order ships.

Delivery times

Estimated delivery is 7–15 business days after processing, depending on the product and your location. These are estimates, not guarantees — carrier delays, customs, and peak periods can affect timing.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs are calculated and shown at checkout before you pay.

Tracking

A tracking number is emailed when your order ships. It can take 1–2 days to show its first scan. Track anytime on our Track Your Order page.

Multiple shipments

Orders with several items may arrive in separate packages at different times, at no extra cost to you. This is normal and doesn't mean anything is missing.

Wrong address / failed delivery

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We can't be responsible for orders sent to an incorrectly entered address. If a package is returned as undeliverable, we'll reach out to arrange reshipment (reshipping costs may apply).

Lost or delayed packages

If tracking hasn't updated in an unusually long time, email support@caboragoods.com with your order number and we'll open an investigation with the carrier.
